Composition and amine brushing suppression method for civil engineering and construction finish

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove, easily and lightly by a small number of wiping repetition, amine blushing causing bad appearance of a coated film, which occurs in a humid atmosphere and a dew point condition for an aliphatic polyamine, a polyamine adduct and the like, which is often used as a hardener in a civil engineering work, a construction work, a painting work for a flooring material and the like, and is not good in compatibility with epoxy resins at low temperature and to suppress its recurrence.;SOLUTION: This finishing composition for civil engineering or construction works contains 20-70% of a solvent having an amide group. The solubility parameter SP value of the mixture is 9-12. With this method for suppressing amine blushing, a finishing agent comprising the finishing composition is applied after the above treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
