PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damages of a pile head in an earthquake by a simple and inexpensive structure.;SOLUTION: A cast-in-place pile 12 is provided in the ground 22, and a pile head 20 of the cast-in-place pile 12 is projected from the ground 22 by a height H. The lower end part of the cast-in-place pile 12 is embedded to support ground, and the pile head 20 is joined with a concrete foundation 14. In the inside of the cast-in-place pile 12, a pile main reinforcement 16 and a pile hoop reinforcement 18 are arranged. The pile hoop reinforcement 18 is made dense as approaching the pile head 20. The upper end part of the pile main reinforcement 16 is folded at the head 20 of the cast-in-place pile 12, and a hook 24 is formed at the folding part. The hook 24 is fixed to the concrete of the pile head 20.
