PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle equipped with a heat insulating cover for a storage tank of urea solution capable of omitting an expensive freezing prevention system for the urea solution storage tank and an exhaust emission control device. PSOLUTION: The heat insulating cover 50 for the urea solution storage tank is a cover for covering the storage tank 26 which stores the urea solution in the vehicle mounted with a urea SCR system. The cover is composed of a cloth having a multi-layer structure excellent in a heat insulating property, a water-proof property, and fire resistance, and is equipped with a bag-shaped cover body 54 comprising a heating-wire heater 58 between layers of the cloth and a strap 56 having a latching button 60 for attachably/detachably latching the cover body 54 to the storage tank 26.
