PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery power generator which is capable of increasing power generating efficiency by recovering waste heat without waste from the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery power generator 1 includes a power generating system A (first power generating system) equipped with a superheater 7 (first heat exchanger) which exchanges heat with the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, a steam turbine 8 (first steam turbine) which is driven by the steam generated by the superheater 7, and a power generator 12 (first power generator) which is driven by the steam turbine 8, and a power generating system B (second power generating system) equipped with an evaporator 17 (second heat exchanger) which exchanges heat with the steam that has driven the steam turbine 8, a steam turbine 18 (second steam turbine) which is driven by the steam generated by the evaporator 17, and a power generator 19 (second power generator) which is driven by the steam turbine 18.
