PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period in which a motion picture signal cannot be read out, in the case that the motion picture signal and a still picture signal are read out from a pixel.;SOLUTION: A readout control device has: an attention region setting part that sets an attention region that is a target region on a pixel part having a plurality of pixels; a dividing part that divides the set attention region into first to n-th subregions (n is an integer equal to or more than two); and a readout controller that controls readout of a still picture signal and a motion picture signal so that the still picture signal is read out from a pixel belonging to the whole region of the pixel part, and that the motion picture signal is read out for every subregion from a pixel belonging to any one or more subregions among the first to n-th subregions in parallel with the readout of the still picture signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
