PSOLUTION: A reservation management server 10 is provided with: a patient address data storage part 121 for storing address of each patient; a reservation status data storage part 124 for storing the reserved date and patient; a reservation available time zone determining part 102 for determining a date and time zone in which any other patient living near the patient who requests a reservation has not made a reservation; and a reservation securing processing part 106 for enabling the patient who requests reservation to make a reservation on the date and time zone determined by the reservation available time zone determining part 102.
