PSOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a calorific amount calculation part 103 to calculate the calorific amount of a fuel cell, an entrance temperature calculation part 107 to calculate an entrance temperature necessary for making an exit temperature a desired temperature based on the calorific amount calculated by the calorific amount calculation part 103, a memory part 108 to store the entrance temperature calculated by the entrance temperature calculation part 107, a variation temperature calculation part 109 which calculates variation temperature of a varying temperature adjusting fluid based on the variation amount of the present entrance temperature calculated by the entrance temperature calculation part 107 against the earlier entrance temperature stored in the memory part 108, a temperature determination part 100 which determines the temperature of the temperature adjusting fluid based on the entrance temperature calculated by the entrance temperature calculation part 107 and the variation temperature calculated by the variation temperature calculation part 108, and a temperature adjusting part 101 which adjusts the temperature of the temperature adjusting fluid based on the temperature determined by the temperature determination part 100.
