The heat radiation fan control device 110 includes a required-air-quantity reading part 111 which reads the air quantity of an airflow required by a server 120 from the server 120, an air quantity sensor reading part 112 which reads the air quantity of the airflow detected by the air quantity sensor 140 from the air quantity sensor 140, a heat radiation fan rotation number calculation part 113 for calculating the rotation number necessary for controlling the heat radiation fan 130 based on the air quantity of the airflow which is read by the required-air-quantity reading part 111 and which is required by the server 120, and the air quantity of the airflow which is read by the air quantity sensor reading part 112 and which is detected by the air quantity sensor 140 and a heat radiation fan rotation number control part 114 for controlling the heat radiation fan 130 so that the heat radiation fan 130 can rotate in the rotation number calculated by the heat radiation fan rotation number calculation part 113.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
