PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply many phase-locked oscillation signals without using a distributor. PSOLUTION: This phase-locked oscillator array outputs an oscillation signal of a four-phase same frequency, wherein the phase difference of the oscillation signal is 90. The phase locked oscillator array includes: a plurality of ring resonators composed of a plurality of closed lines 21 to 23; differential oscillators 31a and 31b for making a connection between two adjacent ports 21b and 21c among four ports 21a to 21d disposed at positions obtained by performing 1/4 division of the total length of the closed line, and two adjacent ports 22a and 22d of the closed line 22 adjacent to the closed line 21 as negative resistance, respectively; and an excitation device 30 for exciting a signal having phase difference of 90 degrees to the two ports 21a and 21d with no differential oscillator connected thereto among the four ports of the closed line 21 in the closed line 21 arranged at least any end part.
