PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote downloading method or the like.;SOLUTION: A remote downloading method includes a step of receiving a remote downloading request in a proxy server held by a wireless service provider. The remote downloading request is relayed to the proxy server through at least one component of a network of the wireless service provider. The remote downloading request includes an address associated with at least one file hosted by a remote server. The method further includes a step of downloading at least one file from the remote server to the proxy server.
