PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation maintenance management device preventing a setting change or test operation from being erroneously performed regardless of whether the target device has a security function or not. PSOLUTION: This operation maintenance management device manages operation maintenance of equipment connected to a communication network, having an IP address, and a URL assigned in each function has: an authentication means managing access authority of the URL for each department or individual; a means for inputting work plan data including information about a department or a person in charge, a function and the target equipment, and a work scheduled date and hour; and a means extracting the corresponding URL on the basis of the equipment and function information of the work plan data. The authentication means authenticates the department or the person in charge when the scheduled date and hour comes, and permits access to the URL when authenticated. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
