PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress quality degradation of a decoded voice signal caused by disappearance of a frame from being propagated in a communication system using a CELP type voice decoding device.;SOLUTION: In the CELP type voice decoding device, an adaptive code book corrector 603 corrects the content of an adaptive code book 304. The adaptive code book corrector 603 inputs pitch peak position information in the end of a previous frame of a frame to be decoded from a demultiplexer 455, and corrects the content of a sound source signal buffer stored in the adaptive code book 304 so that a pitch peak position in a sound source portion which is stored in the adaptive code book 304 and has been generated in the previous frame corresponds to the pitch peak position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
