PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an appropriate route guide from a departing place to a destination in a building by guiding a halfway floor section just for making an elevator or stair connection without any misunderstanding in the route guide including network data for connecting floors.;SOLUTION: In a route guide server, a guide route satisfying route search conditions transmitted from a route guiding device, and guide spots and voice data corresponding to the guide route are transmitted to the route guiding device as route guiding data. In the route guiding device, the route guide server is accessed, and transmission of route search conditions to and reception of route guide data from the route guide server are performed.
