PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve authentication processing for restricting access to a shared space only to a specific user and to reduce user's operation loads, in a system providing the shared space for sharing information by a plurality of users.;SOLUTION: A user speaks a token transmitted to a second communication terminal 5 and displayed for the user, the speaking voice is transmitted to a shared space providing server 1 via a first communication terminal 3. Since the issued token is stored by corresponding to an identifier of the second communication terminal 5, the shared space providing server 1 can set an access right to the second communication terminal 5 by determining whether a character string extracted from the speaking voice coincides with the stored token. Thereby, access to the shared space can be restricted only to the second communication terminal 5 which is during a voice call with the first communication terminal 3, and the user of the second communication terminal 5 can complete the operation of authentication processing by speaking operation in a calling state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
