PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing the abnormal heartbeat and trend in electrocardiogram data capable of utilizing a change in heartbeat fluctuation in proper diagnosis by automatically removing the abnormal heartbeat and the trend from the heartbeat interval data row obtained from an electrocardiogram, an autonomic nerve monitor device, and a septicemia sideration alarm device utilizable in the diagnosis of the sideration of septicemia.SOLUTION: The CPU 32 of the autonomic nerve monitor device acquires an RRI time series xfrom the electrocardiogram data. The CPU 32 determines a flag time series Q containing a trend function and a normal heartbeat so that the probability density distribution, which is related to a case that a flag wherein qin the residual series of the RRI time series xand the trend function thereof shows normality is formed, most becomes normal distribution to remove the abnormal heartbeat and the trend to acquire RRI time series data used in HRV analysis. The CPU 32 performs HRV analysis on the basis of the RRI time series data wherein the abnormal heartbeat and the trend are removed.
