PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure avoidance support system, an information processing device and a failure avoidance support method with which a user can easily avoid experiencing failure which is similar to the one that other users experience.;SOLUTION: An information processing device can communicate with a storage device which stores the contents of failure that multiple users experience, and also failure information containing at least one of positional information, environmental information and user's biological information that the users experience the failure. When searching the failure information containing at least one of positional information, environmental information or user's biological information which are similar to the detected ones from the storage device and the failure information is detected, the information processing device provides the user with the contents of the failure contained in the detected failure information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
