PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively announce an earthquake quick report and the like while reducing a load of the Internet line, effectively using it, and lowering a cost burden for using the line of a user.;SOLUTION: Using an alarm device 100A as a master machine (an alarm transfer device), same information is transferred to other alarm devices 100B (slave machines, alarm information output devices).
