PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-crosslinked polyethylene-based resin composition for foaming with excellent foamed state such as a high independent air bubble ratio, a small air bubble diameter, excellent uniformity, thermal stability, surface appearance, recyclability of air bubbles, and a non-crosslinked polyethylene-based resin foamed molding thereof.;SOLUTION: The non-crosslinked polyethylene-based resin composition for foaming includes 90-60 mass% of linear polyethylene (α) and 10-40 mass% of high pressure process low density polyethylene (β), and the resin composition has: density of 930-960 kg/m3; a melt flow rate at 190°C and under a load of 2.16 kg of 0.1-20 g/10 minutes; one melting point peak of an endotherm curve obtained in temperature rising measurement by differential scanning calorimetry; and a characteristic melt tension ratio.
