PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a rehabilitated water way, which enables the water way to be rehabilitated without a decrease in workability.;SOLUTION: In this rehabilitated water way 1, a plate-like member 10 is arranged in such a manner as to cover an inner surface of the existing water way 90, and a fixing member 11 is provided between the existing water way 90 and the plate-like member 10. Since a member with a thickness corresponding to a fixing position of the plate-like member 10 is used as the fixing member 11, the plate-like member 10 can be positioned.
