PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program capable of further accurate allele determination, a computer-readable storage medium recoding the program, and a polymorphic allele determination method. PSOLUTION: In the polymorphic allele determination program for making a computer perform polymorphic allele determination processing, the processing includes a determination process including that at least data of a reaction curve showing a change with time of fluorescent intensity measured for polymorphism to be allele-determined, which is obtained by polymorphic detection using fluorescence detection and data for a reference quantity of plateau time and a reference quantity of fluorescent intensity after plateau on the assumption that the reaction curve is positive are given, whereby whether data of the reaction curve to be allele-determined is data showing that polymorphism is detected or not based on the reference quantity of plateau time and the reference quantity of fluorescent intensity.
