PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated answering system having both high convenience and high versatility.;SOLUTION: A telephone set 100 consisting of automated answering system 10 converts voice received in an audio communication with an answering device 200 through a telephone line 20 to a character string, analyzes the character string, identifies contents required for input by the answering device 200, displays first information prompting its own user to input the contents, transmits second information which is the input contents to the answering device 200, and further identifies an input format of the contents from the character string, where the telephone set 100 displays information to make the user input the contents according to the input format as the first information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
