PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of fine powder in a desulfurizer and a system for supplying raw material to be reformed so that performance is highly maintained. PSOLUTION: The desulfurizer 34 includes a granular desulfurizing agent 34a which adsorbs sulfur, a vessel 34b in which the desulfurizing agent 34a is packed and a sulfur-containing fluid is circulated, and a pressing device 34c so disposed in the vessel 34b as to press and support the desulfurizing agent 34a in the vertical, wherein the pressing device 34c includes a first upper support member 34c1 which presses the desulfurizing agent 34a downward, and an energizing member 34c2 of which the upper end is fixed to an upper part of the vessel 34b and the lower end is fixed to the upper surface of the first upper support member 34c1 to energize the first upper support member 34c1 toward the desulfurizing agent 34a.
