PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath water cleaner which can maintain the performance of an electrode for electrolysis.;SOLUTION: Common salt to which an organic acid, such as citric acid, is added is accommodated in a common salt holder 16 to generate a weak acidic solution in which the organic acid is dissolved. The weak acidic solution is fed into an electrolytic cell 8 and retained for the prescribed time to remove insoluble salt adhering onto a cathode 80, or depositing in the electrolytic cell 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
