PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load or operation costs of a management server in a thin client system, and to automatically increase a disk capacity allocated to a user.;SOLUTION: This disk area allocation management system is configured of a computer having a means for deciding whether or not a disk area has been already allocated based on storage data in a storage device, and for, when the disk area has been already allocated, inquiring the management server about connection information to the disk area and a means for receiving response data returned from a management server, and for reading connection information to the disk area, and for connecting it to the disk area.
