PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support determination for whether a content disclosed on a WEB site connected to a communication network infringes a copyright or not.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a WEB site information acquisition part 4 which transmits a search request for specifying a WEB site containing a search keyword used by a user to a search engine connected to the communication network N to acquire information for specifying such a WEB site; a content acquisition part 5 which accesses the corresponding WEB site to acquire a content from the WEB site on the basis of the information for specifying a WEB site containing the search keyword; a content database 6 which stores contents acquired by the content acquisition part 5; and a content extraction part 7 which checks the substances of the contents stored in the content database 6 and extracts a content to be taken as a check object for whether the content infringes a copyright or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
