PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recalling method using a different communication switching sequence in consideration of charging processing in a mobile exchange station when a mobile terminal performs handover from a local communication network to a wide area communication network.;SOLUTION: The mobile terminal performs call connection with a communication partner terminal by way of a controller via the local communication network, and stores a call connection starting state "call" or "incoming call" of the mobile terminal itself. Next, when the mobile terminal is switched from the local communication network to a cellular wide area communication network, position update is executed to a positional information management device via a cellular wide area communication network, and when the call connection starting state is "incoming call", a call request is transmitted to the controller via the local communication network. Next, when the controller receives a call request from the mobile terminal, a call is performed toward the mobile terminal via the cellular wide area communication network using the communication partner terminal as a caller, and the mobile exchange station charges the communication partner terminal.
