PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin which givens blown films having an excellent balance among physical properties such as impact resistance and low thickness deviation.;SOLUTION: This method for producing a modified polyethylene-based resin having an increased tan δ comprises producing a polyethylene-based resin which is obtained using a Ziegler type catalyst and has a density of 940 to 970 kg/m3, an MFR of 0.01 to 50 g/10 min (temperature: 190°C, load: 49 N) and a tan δif 1.0 to 3.0 at a temperature of 190°C and at an angular frequency of 13.5×10-2 rad/sec, introducing the polyethylene-based resin into an extruder substantially without bringing the polyethylene-based resin into contact with air,bringing the polyethylene-based resin into contact with a gas containing oxygen in the system, and then melting and kneading the mixture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
