PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow recognition of accurate information relating to a stop state by accurately detecting timing when a vehicle has actually stopped.;SOLUTION: A drive recorder 10 for vehicle includes: a vehicle speed pulse signal input part; a vehicle speed calculating part 16 which calculates a current vehicle speed on the basis of an input vehicle speed pulse signal; a pulse information acquiring part 17 which periodically acquires information showing the presence or the absence of the input vehicle speed pulse signal or an on/off level of the vehicle speed pulse signal; and a time series data recording part 18 which records information of the calculates vehicle speed and pulse information as time series data at timings synchronously with each other. When recorded data is analyzed, a time point when the calculated vehicle speed has become 0 is detected and then the time series data is searched backward from this time point to detect a time point when the presence or the absence of the vehicle speed pulse signal has changed, as an actual stop position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
