PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of determining a proper switching destination when the traffic exceeds a threshold value and executing the switching.;SOLUTION: A switching system disclosed herein includes: a storage means 15 for storing a set of switching source telephone numbers acting as switching sources, a traffic threshold value and a set of switching destination telephone numbers capable of being switching destinations in cross reference with each other in advance; a traffic monitoring means 17 for monitoring the traffic of the set of the switching source telephone numbers; a switching propriety / switching destination determination means 18 that determines the necessity of switching of call destinations for telephone numbers included in the set of the switching destination telephone numbers when the traffic exceeds the threshold value and establishes the telephone numbers included in the set of the switching destination telephone numbers for the switching destination telephone numbers; and a dialing means 13 for transmitting a tone signal corresponding to the switching source number, the switching destination number and the switching instruction to a switching center at the outside of the switching system upon the receipt of the switching source number, the switching destination number and the switching instruction from the switching propriety / switching destination discrimination means 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
