PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticker for application ticket which requires no exclusive manufacturing device, can easily be manufactured by using a conventional seal manufacturing device, enables a timely feeding to be performed in response to a demand, keeps the manufacturing unit cost low, and can increase an appealing effect by three-dimensionally positioning an application ticket from a pasted surface, and to provide a pasting method for the sticker for application ticket.;SOLUTION: On the pasting section 11, an application ticket temporarily fixing section 13 being adjacent to an application ticket attaching section 12 is lined, and an application ticket main body section 14 is temporarily fixed to the application ticket temporarily fixing section 13. An attention is paid to the temporary fixation for this seal for application ticket, and the seal for application ticket has the pasting section 11, the application ticket attaching section 12 which makes the application ticket attachable, the application ticket temporarily fixing section 13 which can be lined on the application ticket attaching section 12, and the application ticket main body section 14 which can temporarily be fixed to the application ticket temporarily fixing section 13, and at the same time, can form the application ticket.
