PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oncoming vehicle assistant device ensuring a sufficient visual field for a driver of an oncoming vehicle even if the oncoming vehicle switches to low beams when one's own vehicle passes the oncoming vehicle.;SOLUTION: In the oncoming vehicle visual field assistant device, when the oncoming vehicle is present at a front side of the one's own vehicle (S103: Yes) and the following vehicle is not present at a rear side of one's own vehicle (S104: No), a side light installed at a side upper part of one's own vehicle and a rear light installed at a rear part of one's own vehicle are turned ON to ensure the visual field of the driver of the oncoming vehicle (S106).
