PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting tool for filling a conduit having a bending part and a deflection part with fluid in a manner free from air pocket; and a fluid pouring method using this assisting tool.;SOLUTION: The assisting tool 1 consisting of a core material covered by a fabric having resiliency on its surface is provided at a head of a pour-in side 13 of the conduit 10 and the fluid 20 is poured in the conduit. As the covering fabric has resiliency and flexibility, the assisting tool 1 passes through a mountain pass of mountain parts 14, 16 of the conduit 10 while properly fitting with an pipe wall without slipping down, and gradually progresses while pushing out air and then is discharged from a discharge side 17.
