PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely and easily measuring and/or controlling the liquid level in a reaction tank in advance systhesizing polymer from materials in molten state.;SOLUTION: By opening a valve 22, gas is supplied to a tentative gas receiver tank 18 from a gas supplier device 20. When the gas pressure reaches a specific value, the valve 22 is closed and a pulse valve 17 is opened for a specific time to discharge through a discharge outlet 24 into a vertical reaction tank 13. Pressure rise is measured with a pressure meter 16. The pressure is converted in a controller 21 to an average height of the liquid level, which is compared with the set value and the flow rate of a material supply pump 14 is controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
