METHOD FOR ACQUISING A DIGITAL IMAGE OF AN AGLUTINATION RESULT, METHOD FOR ANALYSIS OF AN AGLUTINATION TEST, METHOD FOR EXTRACTING A CHARACTERISTIC SET FOR A DIFFERENCE METHOD EXTRACTING A QUANTITATIVE RESULT FOR EACH DILUTION OF A SAMPLE, METHOD FOR EVALUATING AN AGLUTINATION TEST AND OBTAINING A SEMI-QUANTITATIVE RESULT. It is a method for acquiring a digital image of an agglutination result, which comprises performing an agglutination test on a reaction substrate that has a set of dimensions and characteristics that allow an agglutination pattern in a result of said test. The image of the result is revealed. The image has a colored background that maximizes a signal to noise ratio.
