The present invention relates to the preparation and utilization of nanoparticles API active pharmaceutical ingredient or API inclusion into nanoparticles excipient to overcome the blood brain barrier and increase drug concentration in the brain compared to the control experiment. To stabilize optionally inclusion API we used biocompatible polymer excipient, particularly polysaccharide type and combinations thereof with a sol-gel type silica gel. Test nanoparticle systems were used for the targeted transport of the drug across the blood brain barrier. Analytical data demonstrated a significant advantage of this methodology as compared with microparticles API in a control experiment. Superiority Nanoparticles API transport API nanoparticles was demonstrated by monitoring the concentration of API in the brain's function of particle size. Applications were observed particularly for antipsychotics and cytostatics, and preferential for oral administration of drugs. Application is also possible for the subcutaneous, intramuscular, and inhalation. The proposed methodology can be used for both monotherapy and combination drug.
