The present invention relates to a method and a system for seismic monitoring an underground zone (1) comprising the simultaneous use of several seismic vibrators (5). The system comprises for example several local units (LU) each comprising a vibrator (5), an antenna (2) for receiving seismic waves by seismic sensors, a local acquisition and processing unit (6), and a central control and synchronizing unit (8) for simultaneously controlling the various vibrators (5) with orthogonal signals, wherein the local acquisition and processing unit (6) is adapted by specific processing operations, to isolate and reconstruct the seismograms corresponding to the inputs of the different vibrators (5). The invention is particularly useful for monitoring a hydrocarbon deposit during production or a gas-storage tank.
