Novelty: a plastic base for fixing, inter alia, lighting elements and lighting decorations onto lighting columns. Constitution: the plastic base 1, the implanted nut 2, the screw 4, and the washers (5, 6, 7) retaining the structure 11 of the lighting element onto the column 10 with the assistance of the integral elastic elements 12 placed inside the channels 12a and the blade-band 9 which, passing through the aperture 3 of the base, encloses the column and secures thereto via the screw 8.
