The invention relates to an intelligent decision support system for the non-invasive diagnosis of prostate cancer based on artificial intelligence. According to the invention, the system comprises an evolutionary computing block (1) which by running some data generates a mathematical model (3) which is implemented into a program (4) on a computer system (8) with graphical interface (5) with some fields (6) wherein there are input the analysis data and a field (7) wherein the program offers the resulting diagnosis.
