Railway or tramway track with modular elements reducing noise and vibrations comprises at least two rails (1) mounted via fixing nodes (3) onto transverse sleepers (2) or onto a solid track (4), wherein noise and vibration reducing elements comprise a system of inner parts mounted inside the track and a system of outer parts arranged outside the track. The inner parts (7) and/or the outer parts (8) are provided with at least one profiled lock (27). One end (21) of clamping stabilizers (9, 35, 41) fits into the profiled lock (27) while the other end thereof i.e. the stabilizer head (24) is provided with contact surface (26, 40) for rail (1) foot (28) and/or with a contact surface (25, 39) for rail (1) head rest, whereby said rail (1) foot (28) contact surface (26, 40) fits tight onto the rail (1) foot (28) and the contact surface (25, 39) for the rail (1) head rest fits tight onto the rail (1) head rest. Inner parts (7) and/or outer parts (8) lie by their bearing surface on the transverse sleepers (2) or solid track (4). The means for mounting a modular element in railway or tram track is formed at least partially by an elastic clamping stabilizer (9, 35, 41) having its one end (21) adapted for insertion into a profiled lock (27) of the noise and vibration reducing part (7, 8), whereby at the other end thereof, there is performed a head (24) provided with a contact surface (26, 40) for foot (28) of the rail (1) and/or with a contact surface (25, 39) for rail (1) head rest.
