The described device is by a jig (7) below the upper end of the uprights (2) mounted on a mandrel (1). On the jig (7) are pivotally fixed on both sides of one end of the arms (4), and their second ends are fastened to one side of blades (5). The other side of the each blade (5) is fitted with a wheel (6) for easier shifting of blade on the bottom of the pipeline, on the lower end of the uprights (2) is fixed a root (3), which together with the blades (5) bent into a U-shape with a radius corresponding to a lumen radius of the cleaned pipeline. The blades (5) and the root are made of material with magnetic properties.
