摘要
A method of enhancing sensitivity to Tetracycline of the staphylococcus aureus sown from wounds involves law-intensity laser irradiation with the wave-length of 870 nm. The irradiation of standard culture suspension with continuous ray of low-intensity laser at the wave-length of 870 nm and power of 15 mWt and exposition of 180, 360 and 600 seconds is performed in meat infusion broth, and microorganism cultures being in the logarithmic phase of growth are irradiated directly, thereafter the culture is reinoculated on solid nutrient medium in Petri dishes, and the membrane disks saturated with antibiotic are applied. The culture is held in a thermostat at the temperature of for 24 hours, then zones of delayed growth are measured by means of slide calipers and obtained results are compared with control group (non-irradiated culture). The sensitivity of staphylococcus aureus culture is mostly expressed at exposition for 180 second and corresponds to the dose of 2.7 J.
