METHOD FOR OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF DECOMPENSATED FORMS OF megaloureter IN CHILDREN

A method for operative treatment of decompensated forms of megaloureter in children comprises the formation of pieloureterocutaneostoma. The passability of the upper urinary paths is formed due to the guiding of distal department of the ureter on skin in combination with the restoration of urinary path between renal pelvis and urinary bladder and forming of ureteropieloanastomosis between the distal department of the ureter and renal pelvis by "end-to-side"type.
