A binding machine comprising: a feeding portion (A) feeding a binding wire (3) from a wire reel (4) around which is wound the binding wire (3); a guide portion (B) forming the tying wire fed from a front end of the feed section (A) in a loop around an object (5) to bind; and torsion portion (D) which grasps and twists the tying wire into a loop (3), wherein the guide portion (B) comprises: a fixed guide portion (7) formed integrally with a machine body tie (1) and protruding from the tying machine body (1); a guide element (8) arranged on one side of the fixed guide portion (7); a first mounting hole guide pin (13); mounting a second hole guide pin (14); a first guide pin (11) received in the first mounting hole guide pin (13); a second pin guide (12) received in the second mounting hole guide pin (14) with clearance; a threaded hole (20, 21) protruding from an inner surface of the second mounting hole guide pin (14) to an outer surface of the guide element (8); and an embedded screw (22a, 22b) inserted screws into the threaded hole (20, 21), and an angle of the guide member (8) relative to the fixed guide portion (7) is adjusted by engaging a front end of embedded screw (22a, 22b) with the second guide pin (12).
