The present disclosure provides for oscillatory flow continuous reactorssuitable for use in forming emulsion aggregation toners. The reactor mayinclude atleast one receptacle being a flexible, tubular member. The reactor may alsoinclude aplurality of baffles disposed, at spaced apart intervals, along an interiorspace of thetubular member, each of the plurality of baffles including one or moreorifices.Additionally, one or more fluids may flow through the tubular member. Theoscillatory flow continuous reactor may be used in an emulsion aggregationprocess toproduce toner particles.
