The purpose of this system is to give a person or entity full control of who has access to their personal information, provide an efficient means of sharing up-to-date personal information. The system will eliminate the need for an end consumer to update their personal records with all their services providers, suppliers or billers. The aim is also to eliminate the need for an end consumer to register themselves with many suppliers/vendors, online sites and provide their information each time to complete a transaction. The introduction of the system will provide capability to use the unique identification to complete a transaction without providing all personal details. The system will also provide capability to restrict who has access to what information.
