The present invention discloses a method, Base Station (BS) and system for processing concurrency of a service stream and a handover flow, and the method includes the following steps: a first BS transmits a recover instruction to a second BS; according to the recover instruction, the second BS recovers a service stream which has already been built between a Mobile Station (MS) and the first BS; and the second BS builds a service stream which will be built between the MS and the first BS. By recovering the built service stream and building the service stream to be built by the second BS, the present invention can perform a handover flow while the service stream process is implementing without waiting for the finish of the service stream, thus shortening the response time and improving the user experience.
