The method involves pouring beta titanium molybdenum alloy into a mold, where an implant is manufactured corresponding to the mold. The mold undergoes hot isostatic pressing, solution annealing, and cooling processes. The beta titanium molybdenum comprises an average grit size of 0.3 millimeters. The beta titanium molybdenum alloy comprises 7.5 percent to 25 percent of molybdenum. An independent claim is also included for an implant made of titanium alloy.
