The present invention relates to extrication dummy (1) in the form of an anthropometric copy of a human being, intended for use in the training of rescue workers and health care personnel, that includes a spinal column (3) which includes at least one mechanical vertebral movement segment (4) that includes at least one sensor, at least two vertebral bodies (5, 6) and at least one intermediate structure (7). The present invention's unique feature is that it includes a stabilization adjustment device (21) that allows the vertebral movement segment (4) to simulate two operational functions, one first function that simulates a normal healthy human vertebral segment and one second function that simulates at least one type of injured human vertebral segment.
