Method for producing the components of a composter, injection moulding tool and injection moulding facility

Producing the parts of a complete composter, which is assemblable by four side panels (3, 4) and a cover (6, 6a) and made of plastic, comprises injection molding the parts in at least an injection molding machine containing a tool kit, of an injection molding installation in injection molding cycles, where at least two different parts of the composter are simultaneously formed in every injection molding cycle in the toll kit, and all parts for a complete composter are formed in every two injection molding cycles. Independent claims are included for: (1) an injection molding tool kit for producing the parts of a composter, comprising three mold cavities for simultaneously forming the parts at least for the half composter, namely a mold cavity for cover halves or a cover, a mold cavity for a side panel without removal flap (5) or with removal flap, and a further mold cavity for a side panel with removal flap or without removal flap; and (2) an injection molding installation (2) comprising at least one injection molding machine and at least a tool kit for producing the parts of the composter as mentioned above, and further comprising a packing section for packing the parts of the complete composter in a container, formed in two injection molding cycles.
