The present invention relates to a construction method for a concrete solid-bed track using an auxiliary track panel. According to an aspect of the present invention, a construction method for a concrete solid-bed track, on which steel wheels of a railroad car travel, ensuring a solid-bed track is built conforming to a planned alignment, for which a horizontal alignment, slope and cant are considered, comprises: a planned-alignment measuring step for measuring the planned alignment; an auxiliary track panel installing step for installing an auxiliary track panel, comprising an adjustment rail, on top of a railroad roadbed, wherein the auxiliary track panel is installed so as to conform to the planned alignment; a concrete ballast forming step for forming a concrete ballast using the auxiliary track panel as a guide; a concrete ballast curing step for curing the concrete ballast; a solid track-bed fastening apparatus installing step for installing solid track-bed fastening apparatus on top of the cured concrete ballast; and railroad tracks installing step for installing railroad tracks on the solid track-bed fastening apparatus.
